The Enclave Luxury Condominiums

I have been living here for a month now and let me tell you this place is roach infested, nothing luxurious about that, within the first week I started seen roaches and that’s when my excitement for this place went out the door. I should have known when my lease stated I had to get my own exterminator I have never seen that in a lease before. I am not accustomed to living anywhere with roaches so I am very upset. If it wasn’t for that I would be happy with the place.

I recently moved here, and the condo itself is nice — it’s safe and quiet. The only thing I hate about this place is the parking! If you work at night or often get home late, this is NOT a good place to live! You can never park near your home because there are never any available spots. The security guards never check at night whether cars are registered, and if you call the association, they say it’s the security’s job and there’s nothing they can do. They should at least assign one parking spot per apartment so residents can live peacefully. It’s not fair to come home from work and never find a place to park.

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years. I love my community. Yes there’s hiccups here and there, but for the most part it’s home.
