The team from the get go was amazing ! Always ready to help and support me with the application. The process was very smooth and fast but they were clear about everything from the beginning to end. Im Excited to start my new life in florida and specially here :)

My family and I recently toured The Ellery, and I have to say the experience was exceptional thanks to Deion. From the moment I called, he was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure all of my questions were answered. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the property, explain the amenities, and made me feel like more than just another prospective resident. His customer service was outstanding, and his positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who is so passionate about what they do, and I truly hope his hard work is recognized. If you’re considering The Ellery, I highly recommend asking for Deion—you’ll be in great hands!

This place is great! I get my registered car towed often 🚗 , and it costs around $300 each time to get it back. Love that 🫶! The direct deposit system is finicky and often drafts payments later than you schedule. This leads to possible NSF 😱 (which happened to me often cause I have bills to pay besides rent 😁) and additional Late fees up to $150!! 🤑 If you trigger an NSF, expect direct deposit to be blocked. The only way to pay now is with a cashiers check 💸 sucks for me cause my bank is online only 😔 But wait, there's more! If you get 3 NSF payments, you're blocked from direct deposit for the rest of your lease! Love that 💘 I pay for rent and then some 😉 I haven't even gotten to the gate! The community was considerate enough to leave it wide open so that you dont have to use their system. And its ✨️ awesome ✨️ cause the gate doesn't really open with the fob they gave me. Guests can enjoy the same pleasure as me, since the call box 🤙 doesn't work 🙅‍♀️ most of the time ⌚️. It let's me get my steps in 🚶‍♂️ to open it myself. EDIT 05/04/2026 Thanks for the advice! I sure did go to the staff on-site to discuss this issue before I posted my review. It was them who told me that the system acts this way depending on the bank and it was essentially my responsibility to keep my eye on the bank withdrawal, since the system doesn't reflect what is actually happening. Before this month, my payment was ALWAYS withdrawn from the SAME checking account the next morning that you schedule the payment. Somehow, it's the banks fault that the system didn't work as expected this one time. It's also my fault for trusting the system and my bank, so I have to pay the extra cost for this screw up. I want to make it clear that I have no issue with the on-site staff. I have never had complications with my maintenance requests or expressing my concerns about on-site amenities. Even with this issue. I understand the on-site staff have little to do with the programming and business decisions that go on with systems that manage the property and it's residents. The discussions I have with them have been friendly and I hold no fault to them for these unfortunate occurrences during my stay. It is this reoccurring issue that has made being here for over 2 years difficult. I just paid my rent, not with my checking account, but with my credit card (which in turn incurred a $76 transaction fee!). This was forced because I wasn't notified that my scheduled payment AND payment account was removed from my account. I expected an automatic withdrawal from my checking account on the 2nd of every month equal to the amount I owe. I checked my bank and found nothing withdrawn and understand the system doesn't work as you'd expect, so I left it for another couple days. Today (05/04/2026) I find that my bank information was removed and I am unable to add it for whatever reason. I believe a staff member a year ago (WHEN THIS SAME THING HAPPENED) said it's cause checking accounts can not be added starting the 4th of the month. I feel like I keep getting punished for having expectations. I will try AGAIN the next month, but with my eye close to the dollar every single day working up to the rent due date. I don't trust the system to respect me or my commitment to pay, so I have to hold it to high scrutiny everyday til I see the withdrawal happen (which you'd expect to happen!). Enjoy the $76--my treat. EDIT 05/08/2026 I was just thinking" is there was any other way I can give more money to The Ellery", and lo and behold I was charged a $150 late fee! This was AFTER I was forced to pay my rent using my credit card, which incurred a $76 transaction fee. I was never notified of the late fee, and why would there be a late fee? Living up to expectation, tho. Let's see if I get hit with anything else this month. EDIT 07/08/2026 Looks like the last couple months have gone without a hitch! Seems the issue being my bank were false. The gate is fixed now, but still finnicky. I've updated my review, but cant say much cause Google caps review length.
