The Craftsman Luxury Townhomes

Perfect college apartments! They have their tenants resign VERY early which can cause stress and wish they had more security measures for safety with their high prices. However, could not ask for more when it comes to the living arrangements! Maintenance staff is incredible and everything is well maintained and perfect for college students. So close to campus!

Wonderful place to live! I have genuinely never heard of a place for this price that is also this nice in gville. Despite the massive stress that they cause with re-signing the lease months early, I am so happy to be living here. Maintenance staff is also so kind.

Craftsman has been such a great experience to live at. Despite the lack of amenities, its location being right next to midtown along with the spacious and well-furnished rooms, kitchen, and living area allows for you to live comfortably. Thanks to Yoonmi Hwang and her trusty oversized golf cart, she was able to showcase the wonders of Craftsman to its full potential.

AMAZING I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Best leasing agent, Yoonmi Hwang, gave a spectacular tour. Management is so friendly!! Super nice interior and very clean. Shoutout to Justin for always being so welcoming and helpful with anything. Maintenance is also 10/10 super fast. I’ve never had a cockroach problem, so I’m not sure where the other reviews are coming from.

Place is super nice. Yoon toured us she da 🐐. Its a little pricey but staff are always friendly and imo big upgrade from my old apt at lexington crossing. No problems so far maintenance is quick and friendly, rarely hear the neighbors through the wall, and apt is walking distance from campus.
