Mold everywhere, dog feces everywhere you walk outside and iguanas swimming in the pool and leaving drops everywhere and every once in a while your car may end up on concrete blocks, and they will scam you into paying late fees whether you're responsible or not for it ( I GOT PROOF). Communication doesn't really exist at this place and it's obvious that the owners concern is his other properties and not this one. I hope the department of health is reading because if they're looking for a case look no further than the cove apartments. I will exercise my right to write a report to the department of health. The only thing fictionalized is the many fake 5 star reviews on this forum
