The place has a gated entrance and an intercom that feels more decorative than functional. I rang several times, and the woman on the other end just couldn’t hear me; I’m not sure if she decided not to use her ears that day or just left the house without washing them. Honestly, she might as well have been decoration, because she was no help at all. A few minutes later, the so-called “security staff” showed up—someone whose idea of security seems to be looking intimidating rather than actually helping. His attitude was over-the-top and more like a thug fresh out of prison than someone trained to deal with guests. If he wants to boss people around, maybe he should try that at home instead. I respect those who respect me, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. Especially the guard, whose arrogance is completely unwarranted: he’s not the owner, just another replaceable employee, and all he manages to show with that attitude is frustration and unhappiness. After checking other reviews on Google Maps, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience. It’s a shame, because the place itself looks nice, but the real problem is the staff: beautiful place, terrible service.

From a service person standpoint. I visit the building for the very first time in my life yesterday. No parking on site. Construction surrounds the building so parking is blocks away. I am led up to a unit to do work of whom the person leaves while I'm in the unit with an authorized person with a fob. Once I am complete I go to leave with the authorized person who has the fob and we get as far as we can but since I didn't let myself up I can't let myself down and don't remember. There was no signage. I talked to building maintenance who berated me for even questioning how I could be so dumb not to be able to get out. Couldn't have cared about correcting a situation. Only cared to yell at the people there to help the residents. All residents be forewarned how service people are treated at your building as well as other large condos. It is extremely tough and you should fight for better conditions for service people since we're there keeping it functioning for the rest of its life.. still can't believe how rude the employee was telling me how I should know better when I was asking for help and was declined to be given the help at first without being berated. Very rude staff!! The 3 gentlemen and the young lady that’s in the receiving are very rude absolutely uncalled for. If you can’t handle your job, find another one!!

They ask you questions at the gate when you pull up, yet they can't hear you... either the session timed out or the guy just hung up. Then when you get inside it's some bizarre power tripper directing you, as if you don't know how to drive. Avoid like the plague.
