This place is the worst ever me personally I’m 9 And every time I go outside, there’s always a fight and someone wants to fight y’all need to get your security better and one time I was outside and I gave a kid a compliment and they tried to fight me and then not only that it’s super noisy and one time my friend got in trouble and I got in trouble for no reason

Internet and Power goes out every time it rains in this community. If you have an issue with your apartment you have to get in your car and drive to the back of the community because they do not answer the phones. Staff does not care and they apparently don't communicate. The buildings are dirty. Be prepared to wait about 2 weeks for maintenance to come.

My experience living in this community has been extremely disappointing/frustrating especially I work from home. Every time it rains, the power and internet goes out. Getting assistance is frustrating. If you have an issue in your apartment, you have to drive to the back of the community because they do not answer the phone. The buildings are dirty and the neighbors do not keep up with their trash. They think the parking lot is the garbage. I will not be renewing my lease.

My experience living in this community has been extremely disappointing. Every time it rains, the power and internet go out, which has become a recurring problem. Many residents throw trash around the community. Getting assistance is frustrating. If you have an issue in your apartment, you have to drive to the back of the community because they do not answer the phone. For such a large property, customer service should be much better. The valet trash service is another disappointment. I pay for the service, yet trash is only picked up every other day. If you submit a maintenance request, expect to wait up to two weeks for it to be completed. The parking policy is also unreasonable. If you forget to register a visitor after 9:00 p.m., their vehicle is immediately booted, costing $75. A one-time warning would be a much fairer approach especially if they have in the system you previously register the car before. Overall, I will not be renewing my lease. I cannot recommend living here based on my experience.
