I haven't moved into the apartment yet; the signatures and contracts have been completed. But my first impression is great. I'd like to thank Val for her patience and effort in helping me throughout this process. I will update my review in the coming days.

Val was just the sweetest. I loved her energy, and she fully had us sold- loved the place and the people. Very clean and brand new. Great place and even better service.

The good: by far, the best maintenance and cleaning staff I’ve had living in a managed building. They are on point, super kind, and very timely. The proximity to the beach and the local parks cannot be beat. There’s also a lot of good shops around. The bad: the pool area is nice, but for the past couple months, there has been an eyesore with cement, pavers, and duct tape on the door. To be paying that much and to have a pool area that is not up to par compared to the other buildings in the area is a bit concerning. There’s also a lot of police activity for various reasons. If you have an issue with a neighbor, the office does not help you out. Also, when I first moved in, I was told that visitor parking would be free. This is not the case. It is pay to park a 24 hours so be weary of that. Also the WiFi is horrible, it’s always down and I had to use my phone as a hotspot 70% of the time. Lastly the amenities they said they were building never happened so there’s only gym pool and the dog park courtyard that always smells. The ugly: the way the parking garage is set up is a hot mess. There are people with oversized trucks and their cars stick out and people whip around the corners and speed very crazy so definitely be cautious if you are making that sharp right turn to go up —because the way the arrows are set up…It doesn’t make any sense and causes a lot of congestion. And furthermore, they switched management companies a couple months into me moving there and things have gone downhill from there. Overall: I had a negative experience living here overall and did NOT renew. They can do a lot better with the rent prices they are charging.
