The Atlantic at East Delray

I have lived here for over 6 years now and can offer an honest and completely unbiased opinion of my experience. I have read through a few negative comments and find them mean-spirited and mostly unreasonable. The world doesn't stop its rotation for a clogged drain, a broken cabinet handle or a squeaky ceiling fan. Any issue of importance is handled in a timely manner and followed-up on. The office staff is always accommodating and forthright with me. The maintenance and grounds crew do an excellent job making this older property as prestin as possible. If you're searching for unbridled perfection, book a few nights at The Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons! Thank you to the whole team for always trying to please everyone. Which we all know is humanly impossible! :)

I’ve lived at The Atlantic at East Delray for the past 3 years during college and honestly had a great experience. The office staff and management are super friendly and always helpful whenever I needed anything. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond, which I really appreciated. The location is also amazing and super convenient. If I wasn’t in the process of buying a home, I would definitely stay here longer. Thank you to the Atlantic team for making my time here so enjoyable!

The last 2 reviews said it all. Five years ago when we moved here it was beautiful and well maintained. Now it is an abomination! Rude office staff and very poor maintenance. In my opinion I wouldn’t consider this community under any circumstances! I had mold in my apartment which is dangerous and the fact that there are so many empty apartments for such a good location should tell you something is terribly wrong!

Definetly, The Atlantic housing managemens is the worst, the most unfriendly rude staff I have ever seen in all my life, period. The staff ladies simply made my staying – over a year - just miserable.

I moved in about 3 months ago now and the whole process was so effortless. It began with a phone call with Mike, who works in the leasing office. We set up an appointment and when I got here, Drail showed me around. Luckily they had an apartment on the third floor with a lake view which is what we wanted. Both of them were so very helpful in the weeks to follow with questions, doing the paper work, and making us already feel like we were at home. I love the amenities, the pool, the gym, and I absolutely love the walk around the lake. The wildlife is amazing to watch and just the peace and serenity I feel living here is unlike any other place I have lived. Thank you Mike and Drail! Oh, and cannot forget the awesome Maitenance crew!!! And one last thing, there is a car washing station, valet trash service, and a little dog park!! I think that is so awesome!
