I'm glad I took a chance despite the reviews. Very clean complex and very quiet at night. I actually have peace of mind here after doing an out of state move. I really do feel safe and comfortable. Really nice staff too, no issues so far thank you Jesus for leading me here!

DO NOT APPLY HERE! Property is unable to show you a unit before you apply and have no pictures on their website only floor plans so you don’t even what you’re moving into before applying. Also Julie is very RACIST and tried to talk me out of applying for a unit even though I make more than enough money she was very RUDE on the phone and I ended up demanding my application fee back and got it! Wouldn’t wanna live on a property with such DISGUSTINGLY behaved staff members.

This was one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I had so many problems there, it was a nightmare. Forget about your deposit. They are going to keep it. When it rained hard, the bedroom would get flooded, and we would have to have a blower running under the rugs for days to dry it. The place had mold everywhere. The bathroom floor as you can see in the picture, turned black and I lived with it until I moved out. It never was replaced. When the handle on the microwave broke, they used crazy glue to repair it. The blinds in the dining-room were yellow from the people that lived there before, so when I moved out, they kept my deposit, blaming my wife for smoking inside the apartment. My wife never smoked in the house, we had a patio for that. They rented the upstairs apartment to some ladies that were running a daycare, so there was noise day and night. The walls are so thin, you can here your neighbors talking, there was no privacy. That’s why the rents are so cheap. People move out faster then they can move in. Pay a little more and avoid this place, or you will regret it for the rest of your life. Oh, I almost forgot, the manager Julie, has been there for 30 years, she’s the worse manager ever. Very rude, always making excuses on why she can’t fix anything, she speaks over you when you’re taking, she is not a people person. No communication skills at all, the apartments are very out dated, appliances are all for the 1980’s, Everything had a leak, refrigerator, washer, you name it. The neighborhood looks nice on the outside, but the apartments inside need to be updated. Worse management ever. Avoid this place if possible!

It started as an okay place but has gone downhill. The apartments are outdated, nothing new. I’ve had people I know complain that they are prejudice and have experienced racism when applying for an apartment. The tenants always tailgate and often break the gate. Suspicious looking people walking around smoking God knows what. There is never any parking in front of your own apartment, no assigned parking and there are unnecessary handicap spaces that are never used. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear your neighbor walk up and down their stairs. They are also crooks. If something gets broken they will keep trying to repair it even if it needs to be replaced. The maintenance men are creepy.

Living here was one of the best apartment experiences I've ever had. My townhouse was spacious and it had more than enough closets for storage. I remember the move in process being easy as well. When we moved in, there was a new, and fresh carpet throughout our apt. Maintenance was awesome because, they came no later than a day after my request to fix anything, though none of my requests were anything major. The lawn is kept up well and the community is very clean and safe to walk around, even at night. I used the apartment amenities quite often as well; the steam room, pool, and gym. The staff at the reception desk were always nice and helpful, especially the manager Julie. Honestly, I didn't wan't to move, however I'm taking a job elsewhere. I never write reviews but this place was great. *Oh and I received my full security deposit back!
