Suriana Boca

3.5 stars. My boyfriend and I just moved in last week and our experience has been good overall with some issues. We love the pool, the amenities, our apartment layout, working with Sumera and the leasing office staff, the location in Boca to everything we dreamed of, and it was fairly smooth moving in. We are just a little frustrated with the state of our apartment when we moved in: the washer was full of mold and the last tenant’s animal hair which should be part of a deep move out clean before new tenants move in, the exhaust fan in the guest bath still leaks water on the floor and it was supposed to have been fixed, but I just had to submit another work order for it. Our master shower was constructed so the water points right at the door & the door gaps so it floods the floor no matter how much we try to redirect the shower head away. When maintenance came to replace the rubber strip on the shower door, he shattered some of the glass door onto the floor which I had to clean up and is a safety concern. Dogs freely pee, poop, & vomit all in the internal halls as well as parking garage and walking areas which is so gross to walk through. Maintenance tries to clean everything up quickly and does well for the most part but that just shouldn’t be happening in such a nice building. For $3400 in monthly rent, my boyfriend and my expectations are near perfect because of the prestige of this complex, so we are a little disappointed in some of these issues and hope they will be resolved soon.

If you're looking for a great place to live look no further. Suriana Boca is an state of the art with open, airy floor plans with 14- foot ceilings, modernize apartment with 2 free parking spaces per apartment. Great neighborhood, with a caring and awesome management staff.

Great experience touring Lorne was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Apartments are modern and up to date. Amenities are great and very accessible. Very secure.

Used to be a well run complex. The new management is horrible. Very nasty and rude with terrible attitudes. Annoying pop music blasts in the lobby, garbage is left in the hallways and petty crimes (theft, etc) are becoming more frequent. Truly disgraceful for what they charge. Going downhill. Used to be a nice place.
