Spectra at Plantation

Scheduled and confirmed an appointment to tour the units, but no one showed up and there was zero communication from the office. I waited, and tried calling with no response. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

Idk bout the negative reviews , BUT I can honestly say I’m grateful !!! I was looking for a place a whole month and my sister referred me to these Apts & Yesika was a BIG HELP!! I did the application which was $416 & moved in within 8 days!! I love my apartment and so does my kids! When I needed a few things fixed the maintenance ppl fixed it the next day ! It’s quiet in my building and it’s comfortable! I love it ! And currently fixing up my apartment now and it’s going very well! Also the rent is cheap! $1700 a month for 2/1 ! AWASOME!!!!

I live at spectra at plantation, this place dirty and stinks. Some people never walk their dogs. They trained the dog to use bathroom upstairs in their patio. Every morning I have to get wet with dog peeing. I went to the office to see what the can do about it. This people have never done anything. This is the reason why most unit is empty, everyone trying to move out. Since we’ve been here this is the worst management. You can’t invite people to come visit you. You feel embarrassed about the fact that the entrance of your place smell like a dead animal, with dog poop and peeing. You can’t breathe properly specially when you have a sinus problem. Health department needs to come here. You have your dog take her or him out to use bathroom , !

I want to thank Yeisika for her absolute dedication to help me get into my new apartment. I don’t know where I would be resting my head today if it wasn’t for her assistance and professionalism through the entire move in process. She deserve a raise and a higher position!!!!! always there to answer any questions i had and made sure i understood everything. Despite her always being busy helping others with tours and attending to other tenants Yeisika gets the job done!!! Thank you for everything

Ashley in the office is the best always help full and new girl yesicka is sweet and new manager Dankya is very polite. Love the staff
