Society Las Olas

Timothy and Peter were great setting up the tour and showing us around the building. I toured over 6 different surrounding apts and Society/ Flow stood out with an amazing gym, views, and various amenities which most importantly fluctuate based on resident feedback. The building is the best in Ft. Lauderdale.

I have lived here for 3 years, I moved in when the building first opened and it is a lot different now than it used to be - but still great. This building is located in the middle of the Las Olas Riverwalk, which makes for excellent walks. They have monthly jazz events and open air markets that take place. You are also surrounded by clubs and restaurants, so it can get loud at night depending on which side of the building you’re staying on. There’s also trains that go by all day, which are very loud, but you get used to it. The amenities of the building include a beautiful pool that can get crazy sometimes, but you’re in South Florida. The clubs can also attract crime and danger but that can happen anywhere depending on location. The prices here are a little outrageous, which is one of my only big complaints, along with the building constantly switching management companies. But it’s a nice modern building, amazing views and an even better location. This place has its issues, just like every other apartment complex of its size. So you have to keep that into consideration when living here. This building also attracts a younger crowd, so there’s always partying and things going on, which can sometimes result in some craziness. Overall I loved my 3 years that I lived here. All of my experiences here, good and bad, all contributed to my rating. If I lived in the area again, I would highly consider Society again. Cheers.

Great apartments, first time moving to FL , visited several other apartments and none are compared to the amenities the Society Las Olas offer as well as the location . Joanna was awesome, she explained everything during the tour and was in constant communication with me during the application process, and even after to check if I needed anything . 💯 recommended .

Update: 7 months in, trying to raise rents $600+. No new amenities or perks and my experience has gotten worse since moving in, so that’s hard to stomach. Many folks moving out and not renewing. The building is made to look expensive but is made out of cheap materials. A third of the elevators are usually broken, two thirds of the grills. The common areas are still nice for work or to host grill parties. At this point it’s too expensive for what you get. — I love living here! The views are amazing, the staff is wonderful (shout out to Ryan for always being extremely helpful and competent and to the concierge for finding my lost backpack and returning it exactly as they found it, money and all), and the residents are great too. I consistently meet quality folks in and around the pool and the jacuzzis and it’s a lot cheaper than going to the bars. Be prepared to see a stunning sunset every night, as you lounge in the hot tub after getting your shred on in the gym. Did I mention everything is brand new?

I moved in at the end of July and all I can say is I'm in love. The amenities and the area is perfect. If you want to live that resort lifestyle in soflo this is it! Everyone is awesome and there is always something to do. If you work from home there are plenty of conference rooms and the gym is just out of this world with so many machines to choose from. All my friends and fam are jealous! Thank you Matt from leasing for making this a smooth transition, I'm super happy ! :)
