Siesta Pointe Apartments

Do NOT rent HERE!! High rent but they don’t want to update anything in the apartments! Nasty floor boards from flooding, old window blinds falling out and breaking then they want to charge you for it. You ask them to fix things and all they do is a half ass job! Nothing gets replaced for a new one! All appliances are old and falling apart! This place is not it!!

Lived there for 8 yes miss the place! I see Veronica is still the most amazing manager to have...miss this place so much!!!

I'm so grateful for where I live. It's always very clean and well-maintained, and the security is excellent, which is very important to me, especially since I have a young daughter. They resolve any issues quickly with just a phone call; maintenance is always on the job. I'm truly grateful and happy. Thank you.

Nice place to live. Under new management; hopefully things such as gate surveillance, parking, large pets, and noise is finally controlled! UPDATE: New Management has increased the rent each year since they've taken over (they use HUD stipulations as an excuse)! The appliances are outdated in the apartments, many residents have large unregistered dogs that they allow to poop without pick up and bark constantly, there isn't enough parking late night, residents aren't being vetted well (constant smell of Marijuana is on the premises and loud music being played). Unfortunately, Siesta Pointe is slowly going down and not worth the cost anymore.
