Absolutely incredible, they are amazing with helping and finding solutions to problems. I came a year ago to tour but found a roommate. I remembered the team and their generosity from previous tours and encounters that made me return and apply. I highly recommend this team and property!

I’ve had a great experience living at Season 704 Apartments. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and surprisingly affordable for the area. The views around the property are gorgeous, and it’s a very peaceful place to come home to every day. I also recently submitted a maintenance request, and Julio did an outstanding job. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. It’s always reassuring to know the maintenance team genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in their work. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend Season 704 to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

I had an amazing experience working with Mrs. Avalo during my move-in process. She is incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. I needed a co-signer, and she made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Despite how busy she is, she always made herself available and took the time to help whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Simone was also a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It truly felt like both of them genuinely cared and wanted to support me throughout the entire process. Even after moving in, Mrs. Avalo has remained just as helpful and consistent. Her level of care and professionalism hasn’t changed, which really speaks to the kind of person she is. I highly recommend working with this team—they go above and beyond!

I love my apartment here at seasons 704! The maintenance is so fast- usually same day and the staff is amazing! I would 100% recommend living here. Great price for what you get! Also, the re-signing process is SO easy.
