I wanted to recognize the gentleman with dreadlocks Denzel who works at the lobby desk at Seaview Apartments. He is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming to both residents and guests. Every interaction is met with a positive attitude, a smile, and a willingness to help. He helps us residents feel safer by regulating who comes in. I like how SeaView doesn’t just let anybody of the street come inside. This is a family friendly building and management is so responsive. He does a great job making people feel comfortable and valued, and his customer service truly stands out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and contributes positively to the atmosphere of the building. Employees like him make a real difference in the resident experience. Thank you for your hard work and excellent service!

Terrible service and absolutely unacceptable treatment of residents at Sea View at Dania. One of the front desk/security employees regularly behaves in a rude, arrogant, and disrespectful manner. He refuses to communicate properly with residents, ignores questions, and even refuses to provide his name or last name, as if he has something to hide. The worst situation happened at 3 a.m. I was denied a parking spot even though spaces were available. Instead of helping a resident, the employee acted aggressive and completely indifferent. On top of that, he locked the door and deactivated my key, leaving me unable to enter my own home in the middle of the night. This is not just bad customer service, this is abuse of authority and unacceptable behavior toward residents. What makes this even worse is the parking situation in this building. Why would management build a huge apartment complex without enough parking spaces for residents? There are already around 20 people on the waiting list for paid parking, which is ridiculous considering how much rent people pay here. Because of the lack of parking, I had no choice but to use guest parking, and then this employee refused to allow it and left me stranded outside at 3 a.m. unable to get into my own building. Other employees have always been professional and willing to help, so the problem is clearly this specific person. He is completely unfit for a job that involves dealing with people and creates a toxic environment in the building. If the management at Sea View at Dania truly respects its residents, they need to address this employee immediately and seriously rethink the parking situation in this building. No resident should ever be treated this way in the place where they live and pay thousands of dollars in rent.
