Diego, Lucy and the new manager 5th Coast Properties have really made a huge difference here! My wife, kids and I are thrilled to call San Marco our home. The property is always clean, we feel safe, and management is very fast to respond to any of the small issues that we have had since moving in. Five Stars!!! Highly Recommended!!

It’s very sad and scary when you have an old tenant that was living in your unit before you break in your mailbox to get their mail!! This guy and his gf has came to my door on numerous occasions for mail and whenever I’m home I would go check and give them whatever mail belonged to them like for example Friday 3/3/26 he came to my door for someone to check the mailbox we gave him the mail that didn’t belong to us and he told me he lives In bldg 501 and his door number if any mail comes with his name to please leave it at the top or bring it to his door now comes today my mailbox is broken into?!?!? That invading my privacy and that’s very disrespectful something need to be done about that next time i will be calling law enforcement!! Why not just change your mail with USPS I don’t understand!!
