Do you wanna pay a fortune in FPL bills each month? Here’s your place!!!!! You want to move in and not have a working dryer for over a month bc they’re all 20 years old and the management refuses to spend any money on their residents whilst also charging $3,300 ($100 extra each month for a corner unit that has hard water stains you can’t see out the windows and has the shittiest parking spot in the whole neighborhood)????? THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!!! I have nothing to say about Javier, who is only doing his job and a good one at that. Everyone else sucks. The amount of gaslighting that goes down here is astronomical. I would love to personally find out who owns this property and give them a piece of my mind. I moved in on May 20 and it’s been a disaster ever since. I have rented and leased apartments since 2014 when I was in college. I have never in my life seen a place with such little regard for their tenants. The worst part is that they can get away with it because it’s in Hollywood in a somewhat desirable location. Especially if you’re an observant Jew. Learn from my mistakes. The community is beautiful very nice people that live here unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the management/owner
