The service was amazing the hospitality the community and they had a piano! Quite the wonderful time. A lot of memories were made here. Beautiful ambience as well and atmosphere.

Jorge is the best property manager. He is extremely helpful, and has a true passion for his craft. He stays on top of all issues, until they are rectified. Highly recommended to live here, have Jorge help you move in ! 3 years of living here, and since Jorge has been here the development keeps improving !

I grew up here in the early 80s. The rent most have been much less than 😂 It was a fantastic place to grow up! We had the sweetest neighbors and I helped some of them by doing their hair. I have the greatest memories of watching the boat parade from my backyard with my mom in a heavy coat!😂 These apartments are in a beautiful area of Boca and right on the water. I find it hilarious that people actually complain about noises from the draw bridge 🤣🤣 Watching all that action on the intercoastal was one of my favorite things. We lived on the ground floor behind the pool. People please appreciate the beauty around you and how lucky you are to be in such a beautiful lovely area!!! Stop complaining and be grateful!!! Thanks Mom 💚💚💚💛💛💛
