The community itself is nice, and the residents are friendly. However, communication from management could be much better. Most requests require multiple follow-ups before they are addressed, which can be frustrating. Improving responsiveness and keeping residents informed would make the overall experience much better.

I've lived here for almost seven months. The first four months were great, but things have gone downhill since then. My biggest issue is the maintenance team. Repairs are often not completed properly, and it feels like problems are only patched instead of actually fixed. The grounds are also not maintained the way they should be. There is trash throughout the community, fallen tree branches are left lying around, and the property often looks dirty. It seems like the only area that stays consistently clean is where the property manager lives. When I first moved in, my building was almost empty. Over the last few weeks, all of the apartments have been rented, and since then I've noticed a major increase in pests. I'm now seeing roaches, millipedes, and ants throughout my apartment, which wasn't an issue before. I definitely never had this issue before I moved into this complex. The children's playground is also dirty because trash isn't picked up regularly. The gym is very small and outdated, and parking has become a nightmare now that the complex is fully occupied. The leasing staff is friendly, but they often don't have answers to questions or seem to know what's going on. Overall, if you're a college student or someone who needs an apartment quickly and isn't too concerned about the condition of the property or amenities, this complex may work for you. However, if you're looking for a well-maintained community with responsive maintenance and clean common areas, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
