Me and my family moved in at the end of February and I must say we enjoy it. The property is we'll kept, safe, and family friendly. The entire staff of management in the rental office is amazing very professional and take care any concerns or questions we may have. The amenities are a plus and the events that sre held are also fun to enjoy. We enjoy being part of the Resia Golden Glades family.

Why does Resia allow residents to park on the grass on the side of their complex when they have a parking garage inside their building ? Not only is it inconsiderate to the community behind them it devalues the look of their own builidng. Allowing residents to have their cars on cinder blocks and park in the middle of the road is completely trashy and the city should tow all of these cars immediately. Resia do better and Inforce some rules on your residents !

If you wanna hear African Warlord chants off your balcony at all times of the day from the nearby mega church (along with constant traffic and cars piling in and out of the service roads used to access the complex), price discrepancies month to month, dirty elevators/hallways, and lots of people using amenities that don't live in the complex. This is the place for you.
