Reserve at Coral Springs

We lived here for almost a year and a half. The biggest positives were the apartment layout and the large amount of storage space. On the downside, the appliances were poor quality, the refrigerator was inconvenient, the dishwasher worked poorly and often left dishes dirty, and the AC was very noisy. The main issue for us was the management. We experienced a serious roach infestation despite keeping the apartment very clean, but management did very little to properly resolve the problem. Unfortunately, because of this, we decided to move out.

My parents have been living in this apartment community for the past year, and their experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, Angelica, the manager, set the tone with her outstanding professionalism and genuine care. She is always available when needed, responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to help residents. Most importantly, she made sure my parents felt truly welcome and at home from day one. The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and centrally located, making everything convenient and accessible. Beyond that, the overall vibe of the community is warm, friendly, and inviting. It’s also a secure environment, which brings great peace of mind. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality living with such exceptional management, but this community truly delivers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to call home.

Don’t come to fix your emergencies when they say they cover everything infected with cockroaches doesn’t look good

It’s a new pretty residential building and townhouses development, but unfortunately it is surrounded by a very old, not good looking neighborhood. The whole area is in construction and in ways to be a very modern and new city. Possibly in a few years this will become a very nice place to live.
