Will and iris are the best! I’ve lived here for 3 years, good location and great building

I am very happy with the property. Iris and Wilfredo are very attentive and make sure that any issues are quickly resolved. I have had one maintenance request and it was resolved within a day. The maintenance staff keep the grounds around the property clean and trimmed. The interior is also well maintained, with the common areas vacuumed and mopped daily. The amenities are very nice, very clean and well maintained. I enjoy living here, it is quiet and convenient. The view from the clubhouse on the top floor is fantastic. It’s like living in a small private resort.

I’ve loved living here! I’ve actually been in multiple different units and they have always been super accommodating. Great location and in the middle of davie and FTL!
