Where do I even start with this place!!! It is baffling how this company can have a staff on their payroll that is unprofessional, rude, heartless, disgusting, miserable, and blatantly tries LIES. Taniesha should never be employed anywhere. Nasty attitude, nasty human being. Renters beware!!! The reviews are true, and yet the Regional Manager has yet to do anything to rectify this issue. My family and I have had numerous run ins with her regarding maintenance issues, and various other complaints. The attitude we got speaks volume. She should not have been hired to work here. Better properties are available out there!!!! Stay clear of this place!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!! **UPDATE: The Property Manager Jill has a nerve to include her contact number in her responses, but fails to answer or returns calls. This place is a joke! I wish I can get the contact information for their corporate office.

My daughter lives here and has been treated poorly by Tanisha Brown. From the moment she moved in to an apartment that had several maintenance issues and did not receive the apartment she was promised.When my daughter received the keys, Tanisha was on a personal phone call and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I personally put my trust into this community that they would be pleasant,professional and very helpful with my daughter and they have not been. I hope upper management rectifies this problem immediately.

I’ve had an extremely unpleasant experience here since the moment I signed my lease. Tenesha Brown has made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning. Her attitude toward new residents is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Moving into a new home should be an exciting and welcoming experience, but instead I’ve been met with hostility and poor treatment. From the beginning she stated she couldn’t help me because she ‘wouldn’t receive credit for it,’ which was extremely unprofessional. Carlos happened to be out of town right before my move-in, and instead of helping, she made the process uncomfortable It’s disappointing to see someone in a resident-facing position behave this way. No tenant should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when dealing with management. I truly hope ownership or upper management addresses this, because the way new incoming residents are treated here is unacceptable. Carlos was great from the very beginning very accommodating and nice.

During my time there, she consistently went above and beyond to assist my family and me with anything we needed. Whether it was answering questions, addressing concerns, or providing updates, Tenesha was always attentive, responsive, and dependable. She has a calm and reassuring presence that makes every interaction smooth and stress-free. Tenesha also does an outstanding job of keeping residents informed and ensuring that communication is clear and timely. Her commitment to excellent customer service truly sets her apart. It is evident that she genuinely cares about both her work and the residents she serves. I will truly miss the staff at Quiet Waters Apartments, and I am especially grateful for everything Tenesha has done for my family. She is truly the best.
