2 stars for nice looking area and shared amenities. Major issue with self-guided tour. Multiple apartments listed as available for touring on the tour app are occupied. Obviously not a great experience for residents and future residents when trying to follow instructions on the app to enter the "available for touring" apartment. If basic things like that are not managed well, what else is lacking?

I lived at Promenade at Aventura for 6 years, and I’m truly grateful for the experience I had there. Throughout all those years, the maintenance team and management were always professional, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. A special thank you to Camila and Andrea, who were always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. Their dedication and excellent customer service truly made a difference. I really enjoyed living there and appreciate everything they did to make it feel like home.

I lived here for 6 years and had a great experience. I recently moved because my family needed a bigger home, but I truly enjoyed living here. The leasing office staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The community was well maintained, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
