I just really want to take the time to appreciate Veronica and Jahleel. Not only did they go over and beyond to ensure that me and my Children secured our Housing, But their Customer Service their time management and their outstanding hard work and dedication could never go unnoticed. I’m truly thankful for this, And I want to give a huge shout out to Prestige. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! 🙏🏾

Highly unprofessional, irresponsible. Do not trust this management company. I had a SEVERE mold issue that was present in my actual HVAC system. The company took a month to even do actual testing on the issue. I had to send multiple notices and every time they sent a maintenance person they would gaslight me saying there was no issue and PAINTED OVER the obvious mold. Then after finally sending some one to test, I kept calling and emailing the contact ag the company I had been speaking to and was getting no response. 3 days of calling their office and asking for the person, someone finally told me that the person no longer worked there. Mind you that I had been calling for days and someone could have mentioned she was no longer with the company days ago. They acted like they had no idea about the mold and said they couldn’t share the result of testing because they never sent anyone. (This is a lie. They sent a testing company and the name listed on the request was Elvis Dumervil which is the literal owner of the management company. The testing company showed me the request before they entered the building.) The email I had been reaching out to was an official company addrrsss and yet there was no notification or bounce back when I emailed it after the person was no longer working there. There’s so many issues not only have they caused actual health issues because of their negligence, it’s also obvious that no one is keeping track of anything there. How can you pretend you have no idea about my mold issue when I had submitted multiple work orders over a month, been calling the office, and have been emailing an official company email address. They even failed to notify me of my lease ending to ask for a move out notice which is legally required in FL. Thank god for that because I was able to get out of there. This company failed to provide a livable and safe space for their tenants. I’m positive there’s other issues of mold at the apartment that they are ignoring. This wouldn’t have been an issue had they taken timely actions and not tried to gas light me at every step. The girl Samantha Balbuena literally tried to act like I was being crazy for getting upset that after 5 weeks no one had sent any remediation and that the office was acting like they had never heard pf the issue. This means they also let me be in Florida summer with NO AIR CONDITIONING since the mold was in my vent system. Once they sent treatment specialists, the ac system actually broke and I was left with an apartment with intense chemical smells and ZERO ventilation. I alerted maintenance that it was an emergency situation and it took two more days for them to come fix it. They really piled on the unlivable situations. Karma will come for them 10 fold, they are playing with peoples lives and putting their health in real danger. I do not suggest anyone move into 16651 NE 18th Ave (esp not building 10 lol).

We are so grateful to have had Daniela as our wedding coordinator. She made our wedding day feel smooth, stress-free, and so special. From answering all my questions to handling every little detail and last-minute change, she truly went above and beyond for us. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our day and be present with our family and friends. We’re so thankful for all her hard work and everything she did to bring our vision to life 🤍
