Pompano Atlantis Condominium

The garage has been promised 4 years ago still no work, has commenced, Kw is doing little things like painting windows, like they're actually doing something instead of doing the garage and shoreline so people can park. There have already been two assessments worth 160,000$ with no signs of addressing the garage. They have no intention of doing any work that's substantial, the building will eventually have to get knocked down, meanwhile D.s.s ( project manager and K.w know this full well and are milking the residents for every penny knowing full well that these projects will never get done, this borders on fraud and should be investigated, at the very least a civil suit must be brought forward, now if all this is happening, than tell me, am I lying?
