I just would like to say if you are looking for a new home. And you are thinking about moving into this property. I would say go for it. The property managers Eric and Noel are the best landlords you will ever come across especially in today society. This is my very first place and they made my experience the very best. They are patience,understanding and they will answer any and every concerns you have. I was very nervous and anxious. This place is also very quiet and clean. So again if you are in the process of thinking of moving here. Do not hesitate ignore any negative comments on here this app you may see.As a first time renter again i say Noel and Erica will make sure the process is very smooth. Thank you again poinciana.

29OCT2025 I was officially illegally evicted from my unit due to a disagreeance of the landlords Erica and Noel having knowing about hidden cameras being installed in the kitchen, main bedroom and bathroom of my apartment. Made a report to the FBI 11AUG2025, informed the housing authority of discrimination due to my privacy being violated and even spoke with Legal Aid. No one resolved the issue, I am now homeless again and have a bunch of sex traffickers following me around due to the violation of my privacy for the landlords and other parties to financially gain. If you move here please have a good lawyer and your own team to search for hidden cameras in your unit so that you are not illegally evicted like me. Homeless disabled veteran recieved no justice for this situation just a bunch of unwanted attention while my privacy is exploited on the dark web.

I have been living here since this building first opened and have been asking for a 2bd especially now that I have a baby but have been told there’s never any units available, meanwhile they continue having ppl moving in and out. Seems like they’re picking choosing who gets to come in.
