Shantel and Carlton were amazing when they showed me the apartment. They were very helpful, gave great advice and pointers that really made the process easier.

This could be a very nice apartment complex, but unfortunately the maintenance is practically nonexistent. The common areas, especially the pool area, are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. It feels like no one is really paying attention or taking responsibility. The landscaping, bushes, and green areas are constantly being used as dog bathrooms, and the smell is terrible throughout the property. There are signs everywhere explaining the dog rules, but they are clearly not being enforced at all. We are not looking for a generic AI-generated apology or a standard “we are sorry to hear this” response. Residents want real action, better enforcement, and noticeable improvement. Please make changes. Thank you.

I loved the condo. Juan helped me; he was super professional and very attentive.

I’m a resident in Pixl and I accidentally parked in Pixl apartments visitor spot and they towed my car. I have my car registered and I don’t think it was appropriate for my car to be towed when I’m a resident here.
