Emanuel Juarez, the assistant property manager, is very difficult to deal with. Does not communicate, does not follow up, regarding any paperwork. simply leaves notices on doors instead of trying to resolve paperwork issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The worst experience of my life, I have gone twice and it turns out that there is never availability. The second time they put me on the waiting list and when I get the message even for a tur appointment they say it's just AI What a lack of respect, don't go to this place there are many places to this one don't go they are disrespectful they think they own the place

Delivering a package here was fine. They have plenty of parking. No sign of concierge.
