The parking is terrible, if you have more than one car get ready for it to be towed or get parking tickets, since parking on the curb is prohibited, get ready for the floor inside your apartment to get all torn up, since they use laminated tiles for some reason so any time you slide a chair or a table it will cause some damage, and for some reason your bathroom will be located in your room, so guest will have to go through your room, if they want to use the restroom. Finally if you have pets plan to continuously battle fleas

Leasing office is the worst. Incompetent. I had move out charges in December and had to pay via money order. (Which I did, with a physical copy in person. Gave proof of everything) NOW, in June they’re claiming I NEVER paid them (someone in there committing fraud) , when trying to move into a new community. I explained to them the URGENCY of needing to get approved to this new community by a specific date. The crazy part is? I HAD TO PAY IT TWICE! And when I paid them? THEY STILL HAVENT SENT IT OVER TO THE COMMUNITY ASKING FOR THE PROOF OF PAYMENT. They’re no help what so ever. I brought in bank statements, transaction dates. You name it. They did nothing about it. $2500+ later and nothing…
