My cousin has lived here for 6 years. She went into the office to get a decal at 4:50 pm today. The office sign said open yet the employee working said, “You have got to be kidding me.” My cousin apologized for having to come at 10 minutes before the office closed due to the fact she leaves for work at 6:45 am and works in Stuart and that’s the earliest she could make it in, the office employee then threw her own purse down with an attitude and was rude because she had to do her job. This employees behavior was disrespectful and disgusting. Everyone has to work and if a business is open and a customer comes within those business hours it is your job to help them. If you don’t like your job please find a new one.

Beware if you pay the HOA fees online. The recurring payment tab is the first tab on the online site. I made a duplicate payment by accident, and I’ve been trying to resolve the refund for over two weeks. Unfortunately, the HOA was in initially unresponsive they are now dragging their feet and I feel like my concern is being ignored and there’s no assistance with getting this resolved.

2025 review We owners of 2 units here and past 4 years it’s become and nightmare . If you rent here it’s nice , if you are owner - don’t buy here . Now HOA for 2025 increase $498 from $200/$275/350 and now $498 . We have only pool and some grass to cut , no even gym or anything to play . Small playground for kids - almost 0 to do . Community used to be nice and quiet with many neighbors who became as a family members but in a few years changes dramatically . Schools rating 3/10 , not safe neighborhood if you live with kids. Random people come’s in front of my house and parks double on my car spot , very rude and not well behaved, harassment to the owners . Management is good a responsible but can’t change anything before board approval.
