This community offers a peaceful and well-maintained living experience, frequently praised for its convenient location near essential stores and vibrant natural surroundings, including scenic lakes. Residents consistently highlight the outstanding responsiveness and friendliness of the maintenance team, who are quick to address issues and go above and beyond. While most experiences are positive, there have been isolated concerns regarding communication during move-out and the handling of maintenance issues, including a significant mold remediation case that caused displacement and distress.

I was having some electrical issues in my unit. Steven is such a wonderful guy. He went above and beyond to make sure my fridge had power. He kept me up to date when the electrician would arrive. Although the situation was crappy, Steven made it easier to deal with it. Thanks Steven for your support and help. My experience here has been great all around. I can’t complain the maintenance guys are great.
