An interesting place. The interior creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Living here has been extremely frustrating. Management is disorganized and unresponsive. One of the main points of contact, Jenny, consistently delays action and avoids responsibility, making even simple requests feel like an uphill battle. Ongoing construction has dragged on for years, creating constant noise, dust, and huge disruption. Basic living conditions are poor, with pest issues reported in several units. To make matters worse, the deck area is closed at night—not for safety, but due to inadequate lighting, something you'd expect the HOA to have addressed long ago. Security is another major concern. Items have been reported stolen from both the pool and laundry areas. There are many more issues, but suffice it to say: unless these problems are resolved, this building is far from a livable or enjoyable place to call home.

I can’t wait to get out of this place. They lock the pool area and block all beach access from sunset until the end of summer due to so-called lightning concerns—something that could easily be addressed differently. No other building does this. On top of that, there's been exterior work going on for two years, and they’ve blocked the windows, making it feel more like a prison than a home. The HOA—or whoever's in charge—is completely incompetent.

Poor building and mismanaged HOA. The pool and beach access are closed after sunset for eight months out of the year—including the entire summer. There’s no alternative beach access nearby, and rather than installing turtle-safe lighting to comply with city requirements, they just lock everything down. On top of that, the HOA fees are outrageously high and constantly increasing. The building has been under seemingly endless construction for years, with no end in sight. Contractors regularly take up random parking spots, adding even more daily frustration.

Staff is not Pleasure. Valet can’t understand anything. Neighbors are sitting at home all time and smoke something illegal. Mad. Many old people with “old” mind - if you young couple don’t look for this building. We stay here 1 week and that’s was one of ugly week in Florida. No way to stay there again. Гондониум, короче.
