I was forced to move out because they refused to add my wife’s name to the lease. I have never experienced such an unreasonable situation before. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional for a property management company. Before I moved out, the management inspected the apartment and even had it professionally cleaned. I also have videos showing the apartment was left in excellent condition with no damage. Despite this, they still charged me for painting and even replaced the carpet, which was not new when I moved in, and deducted those costs from my deposit. To make matters worse, I gave them 35 days’ notice before moving out, yet they still charged me additional rent. Even worse, I moved out in June, and they rented the apartment to a new tenant almost immediately, but they still kept charging me rent. My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone to be very careful before renting here. The property manager, Lula, repeatedly told me, “I’ll take care of it” and “I’ll fix it,” but none of her promises were ever kept. Unfortunately, I found her to be unreliable and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this community to anyone.

I've lived here for 25 years. The front office is always helpful and maintenance is easy to request and quick to respond. Repairs are done professionally with a smile.
