Ioana Morar was our leasing specialist and she was a wonderful help in us finding our perfect new home! We were interested in multiple units and she took us to each and answered all our questions.

My family and I are one of the newest residents of palm trace landing and we really couldn’t have done it without Lisa Marie’s help. She guided us every step of the way starting from our first tour to every step of our application process and making sure everything was all up to date. Not only did she make us feel cared for as future residents, but it made us feel so comfortable knowing we had chosen the right place to live in and raise our babies. We are so excited to be part of the community and honestly super grateful that we had Lisa hold our hand throughout the entire process since day one. Do not i repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. Besides the looming pest; roaches sprawled throughout the units; appliances are old and outdated; (rusted white) and they will charge you for it upon move out. The grounds are not kept up trash will be in about every corner; The pools are always closed ; you will have hidden FEES ON YOUR RENT EACH MONTH THE RENT FLUCTUATES!! No cameras in the parking lot people have had cars vandalized and broken into i was one of them! For what you pay its not worth it! Please do NOT DO IT SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.. they will try to reel you in with this “community” and drive you around on the golf cart and show you one of their air bnb units!! DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! They will set you up with a lesser looking unit once you sign the lease . Kids throw parties in the darn apartments !! BLACK MOLD IS A HUGE ISSUE HERE IT LIFTS THE POORLY INSTALLED LAMINATE FLOORING FROM THE SEALS. For $2500 a month THERE ARE WAY BETTER PLACES!!!
