Peterson is truly amazing! He is kind, caring, and always willing to help. He treats everyone with respect and goes above and beyond to support the residents. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the community, and I really appreciate everything he does. Thank you, Peterson, for all your hard work! and I can honestly say that since RPM took over, they've made a lot of changes and they're for the better. Not everyone may agree, but the improvements have made the community a nicer place to live. If you're reading the reviews while looking for a new home, I'd encourage you to see it for yourself. I've enjoyed living here and appreciate the positive direction the community is going.

I can’t seem to get anything done when it comes to cleanliness at this complex. When it’s comes to admin fees, pet fees, and garage audits, they are 100% on top of that. It’s priority. But When I’m walking past the same dog poop everyday for almost a week, trash sitting in bins torn apart daily, and trash compactors so full everything’s sitting outside. After mutiple attempts of telling the office to get this cleaned up, it’s ignored. Writing this review after this poop and trash has been here more than 3 days. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE and I have a 5yr old and a new born. What am I paying valet trash for? What am I paying Maintenance for? To live in filth? Replying to 1 star comments seems to also be a priority for this management(Right Miriam?). Hopefully the place is clean before they respond to this. Building 21 in the back to be specific.
