I love living on the beach in a such a luxurious condo. I can see the sunrise as the sunset, everyday from my room. Sometimes, I can also get to see the dolphins swimming on the Intercoastal. It’s a very calm and beautiful life. It couldn’t be better than this.

The absolute worst! It’s a “pretty prison”. It is beautiful but management and the staff make you feel like you’re in a jail under strict supervision. Literally felt like an inmate and uncomfortable where I lived and that was such an horrible feeling. I have lived in quite a few places on Ocean Drive and some better than this condo, but it is by far run the worst! From the highest to the lowest employees, everyone was absolutely terrible. They don’t treat their residents like people (humans) and harass you at every turn. The HOA is the worst I’ve experienced by far as well. Wish we could have actually enjoyed living here as we were so excited to start our family. But we left as soon as we could. Couldn’t pay me enough to ever go back. Truly a living nightmare! Do not live or buy here!!!

It is a beautiful condominium built in 2005. Has a large pool, decent gym and great security.

Very nice and family friendly building. We are dog owners and we can truly appreciate the fact that dogs are not allowed to go just anywhere, after all we have one of the best dog areas in the neighborhood. Management is truly doing great job maintaining this property. Yes there are rules and regulations but every single well-respected property has them. They are easy to follow and based on basic courtesy to others, makes living here so much more pleasant. We can only say good things about property management , Ron and Karla are really very reasonable and helpful. Carl at the front desk is a true miracle worker. Thank you guys! To all those looking for a loud, party building - please, please move in to a Beach Club II instead
