Oak Gardens Apartments

It's a shame after 2 years we had to leave. The termites, rats and mold were just too much. The health department needs to go in and inspect this place.

I’ve had a great experience so far at Oak Garden Apartments, and I especially want to recognize Nancy in the office; she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. On the day I moved in, the A/C/HVAC unexpectedly broke. With it being unusually cold (around 30°) in Hollywood, Florida, I was honestly worried I’d need to order space heaters just to get through the night. I sent a message and no sooner did I hit send than the head maintenance tech called -- and then showed up with a brand-new unit and replaced it right away. After living in Brickell Miami and other major cities, I’m used to issues like this taking days, and often the tech just tries to tinker with the unit instead of fixing it properly. Oak Garden Apartments did the opposite: immediate action and a real solution. It’s clear they respect their residents, and that level of service is rare. Highly recommend!

Needs better facility management

I wanted to take a moment to thank Nancy for all that she does! It is not often you find the property contact so nice and available (and has a good personality)! The property is full of good neighbors that actually say hello and how are you! I think that speaks volumes for how great these apartments are. I really enjoy living here and you don’t often get a place that’s quiet at night but here it is! The maintenance crew is awesome as well!
