Excellent management of the administrative side, 100% recommended

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living at Natura Gardens was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgusting and frustrating rental experiences I have ever had. Do not be fooled by the “one month free” promotion—it is nowhere near worth the misery, filth, and constant aggravation that come with living here. The property itself is revolting. The hallways and stairwells regularly smelled like a nauseating mix of marijuana and dog waste because too many residents let their pets urinate and defecate on the stairs without bothering to clean it up. The entire building felt neglected, dirty, and unsanitary. Instead of feeling like a place to live, it felt like a place that had been abandoned to decay. The noise was absolutely unbearable. I spent nearly an entire year living next to what was easily one of the most toxic couples I have ever encountered. Their screaming matches were constant, starting early in the morning and dragging on well into the day. On several Saturdays, I actually timed the arguments, and they lasted as long as eight straight hours. Listening to adults scream at each other for an entire day is exhausting enough, but what made it even more disturbing was hearing children trapped in the middle of it. The younger child would often be crying during these fights, while the older child, who appeared to be around eight years old, would come into the hallway and repeatedly kick or bounce a soccer ball against my front door for hours. There was no peace, no quiet, and no indication whatsoever that management cared about creating even a minimally livable environment. Law enforcement also seemed to show up on a regular basis on weekends because of disturbances, which only reinforced how chaotic and poorly managed this property really is. It did nothing to make the community feel safe, stable, or remotely respectable. Maintenance was just as disappointing. The ice machine barely worked, and instead of fixing it, I was told that it “breaks all the time because it’s made in China.” That kind of excuse is not only lazy, it is insulting. Rather than taking responsibility and addressing the problem, they brushed it off and acted as though residents should simply accept broken amenities. That attitude pretty much sums up the maintenance department’s complete disregard for resident concerns. The biggest failure, however, was management. Since Greystar took over, communication became practically nonexistent. Phone calls went unanswered. Emails were ignored. Getting anyone in the office to respond felt like an impossible task. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism was infuriating. To make matters worse, after I moved out on May 14, the office tried to charge me an additional administrative fee for the month of June. What made this even more outrageous was that they changed the description of the charge after previously providing a statement that identified it differently. Renaming a fee after the fact does not make it legitimate, and it only made the whole situation feel more deceptive, sloppy, and unprofessional. From the filthy common areas and constant noise to the ignored complaints and ridiculous move-out process, this apartment community was a complete disaster from start to finish. There are far too many apartment communities in the area to waste your time on one that fails this badly in cleanliness, responsiveness, and basic respect for residents. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

I've been very happy with my experience at Natura Gardens. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping that creates a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities are great, especially the pool and fitness center, and the community always feels welcoming and comfortable. The management and maintenance teams are professional, friendly, and quick to respond when needed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, Natura Gardens is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality community in Miami.
