I’ve lived at Monarch Station for a while now and couldn’t be happier! From day one, the staff has made this feel like home. Johanna is always so warm and helpful, Diego goes above and beyond whenever anything comes up, and Trish is fantastic — always quick to respond and genuinely cares about the residents. The whole team makes this community special, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. If you’re looking for a place in Coconut Creek where the staff actually cares about you, look no further. Highly recommend Monarch Station!

From management to maintenance the whole team is amazing. We have been living here for over 3 years and zero complaints. Thank you monarch station team for the wonderful living experience that my family and I have had!

This place feels like home . It’s super clean and the team here especially Diego makes you feel seen and heard . They greet you everyday with a smile and make sure you have a beautiful stay here . Just finished some yoga at the pool and was greeted with some snacks and cold beverages after and if it couldn’t get any better I just got some ice cream at the pool to cool off . What a beautiful day 🙏🏾☺️

I’ve been living at Monarch Station for almost a year now, and I can confidently say I’ll be renewing my lease! The community is always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which has been a huge plus for me. The staff here truly make a difference—they’re friendly, responsive, and always so accommodating whenever I need anything. It really creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. One of my favorite parts of living here is my incredible view of the lake and wild preserve from my living room/patio—it’s peaceful and beautiful every single day. The amenities and events are also a big highlight! The weekly food trucks, free yoga classes, and other community events make it easy to meet neighbors and enjoy living here even more. Overall, Monarch Station has been an amazing place to call home, and I’m looking forward to another year here!
