I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance and overall management of Mila Apartments. For the amount residents pay in rent, the quality of the amenities and security systems is unacceptable. The biggest issue is the electronic door lock system. Almost every month, residents have to submit a service request because the batteries die. This is not a one-time problem—it happens repeatedly. Management should either install longer-lasting batteries or replace the entire lock system with something more reliable. It’s frustrating to have to worry every month about whether you’ll be locked out of your own apartment or unable to lock your door. Even worse, maintenance may enter your apartment to replace the batteries if you’re not home, leaving a notice inside afterward. Residents should not have to give up their privacy this often because of a system that constantly fails. The gate and guest entry system is another major problem. The gates frequently malfunction, the system is often slow, and the cameras regularly fail to scan guest QR codes. Visitors sometimes end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to enter the property. Management should seriously consider improving the entire entry system or having staff available at the gate during busy hours to keep traffic moving. The gym is also in poor condition. Several machines are broken or missing parts. The leg extension machine has been unusable, one of the cable machines has its cable detached, and many of the other machines feel worn out or need maintenance. Equipment that was previously available, such as lifting belts and stretching accessories, has disappeared and has never been replaced. The exercise mats are dirty, one of the mirrors is broken, and the bathrooms are consistently unclean. Additionally, many of the free weights, including several kettlebells, and dumbbells are heavily worn, with chipped coatings and visible rust, further reflecting the lack of maintenance throughout the gym. Residents pay for these amenities, yet they are not properly maintained. Finally, the outdoor walkways need much better upkeep. Many sidewalks and walking paths are covered with spider webs, making them unpleasant to use. Besides looking neglected, they can be a problem for residents with allergies or anyone simply trying to enjoy a walk around the community. Overall, Mila Apartments charges premium prices but does not provide the level of maintenance or quality that residents should expect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here. Prospective tenants should carefully consider these recurring issues before signing a lease. I sincerely hope management takes these recurring issues seriously and invests in improving the property instead of relying on temporary fixes, because the residents deserve much better.

hello guys I used live here for two years? The first time to start Nice with you, but after that, everything is bad, especially people say moving now. Be careful about buildings 1 , 2 , 3 is having a lot of problem and be careful be careful when you sign the lease. Make sure you read everything good because these people are going to put everything and you and they’re gonna mess up your credit history. But honestly, I don’t recommend nobody to go there. It’s been a lot of money for no reason.
