We had a great experience with Lumio Pompano Beach! Christina took excellent care of us from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her attention to detail and outstanding customer service. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have the best experience possible. We highly recommend Lumio and especially Christina if you’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and dedicated to helping you.

Over the past three weeks, I have been in contact with Randy from Lumio in Pompano Beach, as this community has been my top choice for my son’s relocation. During Memorial Weekend, we traveled from California to Florida and drove by several apartment communities, with Lumio standing out as the best option that met all our criteria. We intended to lease an apartment there; however, yesterday morning, my son learned that a colleague had a condo available for rent in the same area at a significantly reduced price. He decided to pursue this opportunity for the time being, although Lumio remains our ideal choice among various new properties. Randy has been exceptionally helpful throughout this process. He promptly responded to my calls and committed to sending photos of the gym, the buildings, the washer and dryer, as well as videos of the apartments. His thoroughness and pleasant demeanor made a lasting impression, especially compared to other communities I explored. When I informed him of our decision to go in a different direction, he genuinely expressed excitement for us and extended a warm invitation to consider Lumio in the future. Randy exemplifies how a representative should engage with potential residents. His professionalism and evident passion for the community are commendable. I will keep Lumio in mind should our circumstances change, and I highly recommend considering this community before making any decisions elsewhere.

Lumio wins 🏆 My new home These apartments are beautiful! They check a lot of the boxes, and I'm very analytical. I look for things like quality, space, features, design, technology, modern, and you have to have that wow factor, and then be reasonable on cost. These apartments nail it. Things that stood out for me: - There are no keys, everything is digital - Digital packaging room with cameras. Missing packages won't be a problem here. - You can see your incoming visitors on video from your cell phone, or you can even give them temporary access on their cell phone to get inside the gate or the building - No carpet, a must-win for people with pets or allergies - Pre-install wall conduits for your wall tv's to hide those wires for a clean, minimalist look - Lots of big floor-to-ceiling windows for natural lighting - EV charging stations everywhere, including the private garages - Toilets that don't sit on the floor, these are a good height - Soft-close cabinets - Private self-serve study/work POD rooms - Large closets! Which was a huge one for me. Any complex with a small closet is a non-starter The most important and final thing you have to be great at customer service. Now, after working in corporate for the last 20 years, my expectation of customer service is extremely high. Most fail. The apartment staff nails it. The apartment manager, Karen, is the best property manager I've ever had. You are treated like a VIP customer. They always offered a drink or snack, and believe me, I'm checking and taking note every minute 🧐😉. I was definitely impressed. No matter what questions I asked, she delivered. No matter how many times I wanted to see another unit or even the same unit, she delivered without hesitation with an upbeat, friendly personality every single time, and she smiles! That tells me a person is passionate about their job. The Miami/Fort Lauderdale metroplex has the highest percentage of millionaires of any other city in the U.S., so you never know who may come walking into that door. Thank you, Karen, for going above and beyond and understanding what customer service really is and giving every customer the C-Level suite experience. This is what someone's future living experience should be like.

Lumio is an amazing apartment complex! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and attention to detail went into the design of the rooms and amenities. Everything felt modern, welcoming, and well put together. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Christina was incredible she made the tour fun, informative, and never made us feel rushed. She took the time to show us everything we wanted to see and answered all of our questions. Karen and Randy were also wonderful; their energy is so warm and welcoming that they make the whole building feel like home. Overall, Lumio left a great impression on us. Beautiful apartments, great atmosphere, and an amazing team. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful community! This isn’t your typically apartment complex as the attention to detail in every finish, artwork and design choice is well thought-out. The resort-style pool area is stunning and truly gives luxury vacation vibes and the fitness center is spacious with high-end equipment. A huge thank you to Karen, the property manager, for being so warm, welcoming, and patient while walking my clients through the application process. She makes everything feel easy and stress-free. Randy brings amazing energy and the experience so enjoyable, and Christina is incredibly helpful while showing the property.
