Excellent residences, everything is in order, if anything goes wrong in the house the maintenance staff fixes it right away, the management, led by the manager Mrs. Rosa and her assistant Carla, and all the staff are impeccable, they treat you like you're at home!! My family is very happy to live here!!

I scheduled a tour for an apartment that was advertised as available, received a confirmation the night before, and then had the tour canceled only about an hour before the appointment. After reaching out, I was informed that the unit was still occupied and that the listing was essentially being used to collect applications. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. If a unit is not available for viewing or occupancy, that should be clearly disclosed in the listing. Confirming appointments and then canceling at the last minute creates unnecessary inconvenience for prospective renters. I believe the advertising was misleading and not representative of the actual availability of the property. I would encourage future renters to verify the status of any unit before making plans to visit.
