I absolutely loved living here! Sherrill was always so helpful, and the entire community was wonderful. Any time I had an issue, the management and maintenance team were very responsive and quick to help. It’s such a quiet, peaceful, and nice community in Pompano Beach. I truly enjoyed my time here and honestly miss living here already. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I absolutely love living here! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly has everything you could possibly need in a community. From the pickleball courts and children’s playground to the dog park, gym, office spaces, and business center, the amenities are fantastic and make this such a wonderful place to call home. A special shoutout to Sherril, Blanca, and Tina, they are absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, professional, and truly care about the residents. They make the experience of living here even better. On top of everything, the pricing is one of the best in the area, especially considering the quality of the property and all the amenities included. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to live. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here!

I only spent about a year at this property. I only left because of life circumstances not because of any issues with the property. Only reason I’m giving four stars is my A/C unit was often broken leaving the apartment at 79-80 degrees sometimes but, usually the fix was quickly taken care of. The Washer and Dryer was a bit outdated as well. However in all honesty for the price, location, and quietness Legacy at Palm Aite was great. Maybe they’ll see me again.
