Lakeside At Biscayne Gardens

Thank you Daryl for taking care of me all these years! It’s been a lovely experience with lakeside. I am moving to be closer to work but I’ve never had any issues. If anyone complains about roaches I believe it comes down to the cleanliness of the person in their home. I haven’t had any in my apartment but they do exterminate the water bugs that sometimes appear in the halls which might be off putting to some but other than that, good neighbors good views good area very convenient and was perfect for me.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful. Jennifer is amazing and the leasing was easy process. I love my balcony and views. Daryl is also very prompt with emails and super helpful when we need anything. Love it here!

My experience living in these apartments has been extremely negative. The place is infested with cockroaches, the trash room constantly overflows, and when it does, residents leave garbage piled up, causing a horrible smell throughout the hallways. The smell of marijuana seeps into the apartment through the air conditioning system, making the environment very unpleasant. Neighbors are inconsiderate with loud music, and because the walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything. Even though each apartment is supposed to have only one parking spot, no one respects the rules and the parking situation is chaotic. On top of that, the air is contaminated with mold due to lack of maintenance, which is a serious health risk. The condition of the apartments is poor — they are clearly old buildings disguised with a cheap remodel: just poorly installed laminate floors and layers of paint over old paint. The appliances (fridge, stove, and extractor) are rusted, as well as many other parts of the unit. Worst of all, I have complained multiple times and management has done nothing. They only send generic emails without actually solving the real problems. For the high rent, this place is definitely not worth it. I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out.
