The maintenance person stopped by to check the AC. He agreed it was not blowing cold enough, this being his third time checking it. After he made a call to another individual, he asked me if I can hold out for another day and if I will be home next day. I told him I would. He never showed up like he did the first time. I don’t believe anything that comes out of his mouth even if his tongue came notarized. Such substandard behavior and service! When he didn’t want to address the issue, he canceled the work order without showing up. I had to call the office to complain.

Leave a lot to desire, community maintenance is subpar, security is questionable and regulations enforcement is nonexistent. Furthermore, upper/national management will make you pay for services that are randomly provided- garbage collection, security system, BBQ cleaning, grill gas & pool maintenance (is a 50/50 thing). Late night parties, people screaming in the middle of the night, loud noises from intersection traffic, pot smoking anywhere and a nonoperational gate create a heavy atmosphere. This is maybe for some people but certainly not for me.

Beautiful Apartment homes. I love living here. My only concern is the entrance gate is always broken and this is a concern for security reasons as anyone can just drive into the community. Why not invest in a better gate system as this one seems to be old.
