Have moved in since 6/16/26 and have had a few maintenance requests but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. I put in the request and no more than 30 mins later it was addressed and fixed within the day. The kove in process was quick and efficient, the staff is pleasant commandeering. Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Tekisha had patience and actually helped me through the entire process. My apartment was everything and more than I ever expected honestly. If there’s any doubt about joining this community due to past reviews, seriously do your due diligence and check this place out. I can say from personal experience with them that they take to heart in turning around all the shortcomings from before.

I’m so excited to be joining Lake Shore Community😇from the time I walked thru the door Miss.Tekisha Edwards and Miss.Jennifer Clayton was exceptionally polite and helpful they assisted me with my application and answered all my questions I did a tour and was pleasantly impressed I 100% recommend ❤️❤️❤️
