So far by my standards this place is up to par the staff are wonderful and very helpful convenient prices. Close to the stadium for early rushes and very clean decor design and spacious rooms very easy to talk to worth the 5 stars Rolando at the front is the man to go to facts

I’ve been having a lot of issues in my apartment and this one maintenance guy comes by and fixes everything no questions ask and he take his shoes off!! His name is Chevy great guy !!

I lived at Lake House Apartments for a year. Management is a joke. They barely answer the phone and rarely answer emails. I have been trying to get an update regarding the return of my security deposit and no one has replied to my emails. Everyone in the office has a nasty attitude. Let’s not talk about the roaches. This place has an infestation. It doesn’t matter how many times pest control comes out you are still seeing roaches. I’m a very clean person and it didn’t matter how many times l cleaned or deep cleaned. The roaches kept coming. Let’s also touch on how they do walk throughs. I sent an email regarding me moving out and the process. No one replied back to my email. I had to call the office and was told to just take pictures and videos. I was also told to just drop the keys off. That process needs to be changed. The owners of this property need to do better. The only good thing about the property are the maintenance men. They were the best.
