Laguna Gardens

Honestly, it's a beautiful property, and I've lived here for almost a year. However, the previous management team was unprofessional and often rude. The current management has much better communication, which I appreciate, but there always seems to be another policy change communicated by email. What I don't understand is why residents who originally had access to free visitor parking now have to require their guests to pay to visit. It feels like an unnecessary expense, especially considering the high rent residents already pay. On top of that, guests risk being towed or ticketed if they park longer than three hours. My girlfriend visits for a few days at a time, and now we have to deal with paid parking every visit. There was never a clear email stating that guest parking would become paid parking—only that guests were required to park in front of the leasing office. Now there are QR code signs throughout the property requiring payment. It feels excessive to charge guests just to spend time with loved ones.

I do not recommend renting at this apartment complex. Charging resident’s visitors for parking is unfair and creates unnecessary inconvenience for families and guests. Visitors should be welcomed, not charged extra fees just to stop by. This policy makes living here less enjoyable and adds unexpected expenses. Because of this parking policy, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have been at this property for close to 2 years now. I have to say, I did have a 1 star review on here but I deleted the review. The reason for it is due to new management team that has been brought in. I was very skeptical bc this will be the 3rd group of changes in the office that I have been thru in 2 years. But to be fair this is not just a new group its a new management company. The same way I can be a pain in the bu$$ when things go wrong, I am fair and like to state the positives as well. When this group came in I was not only frustrated but fed up with previous lies and run around and I guess I just passed it on without giving the new company a chance. So basically this review is to EDWARD, JULIAN, YVETTE . You guys are doing an amazing job, I kmow u had your hands full from the disaster that was given to u guys from previous company. But with persistence and follow thru u are slowly moving things to a more positive and better way of living for all of us here at laguna. Edward thank u for always answering to my complaints or concerns immediately, Small things like that go a long way. The Previous group never answered for days so its refreshing to see. So thank you! To all of u, keep up the great work, your work does not go unnoticed. Building 3 resident!!!!! 🩵
