La Vue at Emerald Pointe

I moved in a week ago and so far my experience has been STELLAR! Sydney, the leasing agent who helped me with the leasing process, was extremely helpful and communicative, making sure I knew what was needed from me and making things as easy as possible throughout every step of the process. On day 1, I reported a couple of very minor things I wanted to make sure were looked at before I got settled in, and within just a couple of hours Yoel and Arian showed up with very warm and friendly dispositions and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the unit. I am extremely impressed with how welcoming and conscientious every staff member has been so far!

La Vue is amazing! This is where the great and amazing, Bryan Dash resides, he is the class president of my school and it’s have been great what he a had done. Thank you, La Vuve for housing this amazing, great, wonderful person.

My experience has mostly been with Marvin. He's been pleasant and responsive from the moment I met him in the leasing office up until now. He is consistently helpful; positively impacting the turnaround time of my work orders...and his domain is not even maintenance. Sophia is close behind him. She is just as pleasant and helpful. So, their office culture is consistent. I'm glad that these are the people I can look to for assistance or questions about my unit or the community.

Minus 5 stars Don’t move to Lavue it’s infested with German roaches and mold as soon as you sign a new lease they start to annoy you. I’m assuming they never received a “Notice to Landlord” because they are about to get one. You move in they never grouted the bathroom floor, they have never come back to put the baseboards in the kitchen and the back wooden door is rotting from termites. AS A REALTOR I would NOT RECOMMEND this complex to anyone. I can’t wait to get my daughter out of there. Be careful what you ask for a new door on porch but I believe the gap is supposed to be at the bottom and he putted the wood full of termits if you touch it it crumbles and it was not finished needs to be sanded and painted. What a mess . Before She extended her lease she asked them to replace the carpet she never got a call back. I will pay for good carpet for my daughter because the stuff they put in garbage.. Oh and don’t have your Amazon go to the leasing office stuff gets lost there.i guess they need to steal other peoples stuff.. May is not coming fast enough!!!! PLEASE LET MY DAUGHTER OUT OF HER LEASE YOU ARE MAKING HER FIRST APARTMENT A NIGHTMARE. WITHOU CHARGING HER $4100 AND APARTMENT I WOULDNT OF LET HER PAY $1.00 FOR IF I WAS IN THE COUNTRY. QUESTION : WHY DOESNT THE LEASING OFFICE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE? I hope a lot more people read this review and remember you get what you pay for. I’ve included a video for what there apartments look like before they paint and put the air on 72 to avoid the smells of mold. Pictures don’t lie.

One of the highlights of my experience has been the incredible bond my dog Lola has formed with one of the staff members. It's heartwarming to see how much they genuinely care about every resident, including our furry friends. Lola has made her own best friend here, and I couldn't be more grateful for the love and attention she receives. The amenities at La Vue are top-notch, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the well-maintained facilities. Whether I'm lounging by the pool or taking a stroll through the community, I always feel like I'm living in luxury. Plus, the convenient location makes it easy to access everything I need while still enjoying a peaceful, serene environment. Overall, I can't recommend La Vue at Emerald Point enough. If you're looking for a place to call home where you'll be treated like family, look no further. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my experience here truly exceptional.
